These terms govern your use of this site, which Atlas Physical Holdings (“Atlas”, “we”) runs. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What we sell

Atlas sells robotics, such as robots, components and related hardware, and data, such as data to train and test physical AI. A sale can include either or both.

All of it is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Atlas. That agreement sets what we supply, the price, delivery, license, warranty and all other terms. These terms do not form that agreement. If the two conflict, the agreement controls.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Products, data, prices and availability can change without notice. Every sale is also subject to availability and to applicable law, including export controls.

Using the site

You may view the site for your own information. Do not misuse it, interfere with it or try to get into parts of it that are not public.

Our content

The site, the Atlas name and mark, and everything on the site belong to Atlas or its licensors. These terms give you no right to use them.

No warranties

We provide the site and its content “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove anything on the site at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Atlas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that arise from your use of the site.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here. If you use the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
